Meet the New Ownership Team
Matt Reiners – President & Territory Sales Manager (KY & Middle/West TN) Starting in 2007 and elected President in January 2025, Matt leverages extensive HVAC and wholesale distribution expertise to serve West Tennessee and Kentucky, supported by a B.S. in Management and a B.A. in Marketing from Wright State University.
Matt Cooley – Secretary/Treasurer & Territory Sales Manager (East TN & North GA) Joining in 2013 as Equipment Sales Manager, Matt expanded into East Tennessee and North Georgia territories before being elected Secretary & Treasurer in January 2025, bringing over 30 years of distributor experience and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Roger Daniel – Partner & Territory Sales Manager (AL, MS & West FL) Joining the company 1994, Roger spent three decades driving growth in Alabama, Mississippi, and the Florida Panhandle by helping wholesalers and contractors, culminating in his partnership in January 2025 and bolstered by a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Georgia.
Angela Garcia – Partner & Territory Sales Manager (Southeast FL) Joining in 2018 and key to our expansion into Florida, Angela manages the South Florida territory, and now as a partner since January 2025, drawing on over a decade of HVAC sales experience and a B.A. in Economics and Spanish as well as an MBA from Clemson University.
Joseph Carboni – Partner & Operations Manager Beginning in 2013 in Inside Sales and Customer Service and advancing through roles in Outside Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology, Joseph became a partner in January 2025, using his technical expertise and strong industry relationships to drive the company's growth.
