As the most recent addition to our team, Maria brings an abundance of the ‘can-do’ spirit and dependability to the mix. With an extensive background in customer service, she is consistently driven to successfully resolve issues, and provide ideal solutions for our customers in an expeditious manner. 

She has 5 years of collegiate experience from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga that contributes to her dedication, attention to detail, and devotion to focusing on the task at hand.

Debbie brings an energetic, hard-working attitude to Shupe, Carboni and Associates. She has a strong retail and customer service background, and a rapport with our customers that is second to none. Her effective problem solving skills are an asset to both our customers and manufacturers alike. She has been with the agency since 2000.

Having spent his career engaged in all aspects of the business, Steve has a broad network of contacts that include many of the key leaders in our industry. Steve’s keen insights into the dynamic relationships between manufacturers, distributors, and manufacturers’ reps provide value to all and are sought out by many. Steve graduated from the University of Tennessee – Chattanooga with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Since then, he has accumulated over 30 years experience as a manufacturers’ representative. Steve is actively engaged in all aspects of the business from distributor and contractor sales to contract negotiation and strategic plan development and implementation.

Mitzi is the heart of Shupe, Carboni and Associates. She is the embodiment of exceptional service with a caring approach. She specializes in all pricing administration. Mitzi is the most tenured employee at Shupe, Carboni and Associates, having been with SCA since 1995.

Kraig joined Shupe, Carboni and Associates in 2016 as an Inside Sales Representative. Kraig is an industry veteran, with more than 20 years of experience in HVAC distribution, including purchasing, inside sales, and customer service. He has extensive experience in merchandising, marketing and sales support that has created substantial sales results and award-winning recognition.

Kraig holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Tennessee of Chattanooga, and is an avid Big Orange Fan.

Matt started with Shupe, Carboni and Associates in 2007. He currently represents SCA in the Tennessee and Kentucky regions. Matt’s vast knowledge of the HVAC industry combined with his experience in wholesale distribution, enables him to assist both customers and manufacturers alike. He is a graduate of Wright State University with a B.S. in Management and B.A. Marketing.

Joseph embarked on his journey with Shupe, Carboni and Associates in 2013, initially dedicating his talents to Inside Sales and Customer Service for a period of three years. During this time, he cultivated an understanding of our manufacturers, their offerings, and the indispensable tools that enable business expansion.

In 2016, Joseph relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, marking a significant turning point in his career. Initially venturing into Outside Sales, he developed and nurtured robust relationships with HVAC wholesale distributors and contractors across the state. He embraced a new direction in 2023, transitioning into his current role that encompasses Marketing, Operations and Technology.

Joseph's multifaceted skill set, which includes successful development and deployment of full-fledged software applications, not only adds value to our organization but also enables him to provide innovative solutions and elevate our operational excellence. His unique blend of sales acumen and technical prowess informs his strategic approach, driving growth and success for our company.

Roger has been with Shupe, Carboni & Associates since 1994, and has spent the last twenty-five years in the Alabama, Mississippi, & the Florida Panhandle markets working with wholesalers and contractors, and introducing new products to distributors and contractors alike. He is the “Go To” representative in that market for helping his customers grow their businesses, or establishing a distribution strategy for a product line. Roger graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.B.A. in Marketing.

Matt Cooley joined Shupe, Carboni and Associates in 2013 as our Equipment Sales Manager. Matt has a solid reputation in the industry, spending nearly 20 years in key roles with a sizable, high-profile distributor. He possesses the understanding and know-how to effectively promote and support our Equipment Product Lines. Matt brings the singular focus required to assist our manufacturers in the creation and development of Programs that are vital to distribution, while coordinating with the team of professionals at Shupe, Carboni & Associates to ensure successful implementation. Matt graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a B.S. in Finance.

Angela joined Shupe, Carboni and Associates in 2018. Angela is a seasoned sales professional with almost a decade of sales experience primarily in the HVAC arena. Angela is a graduate of Clemson University with a B.A., majoring in Economics and Spanish. She also received her MBA from Clemson.

Bayne Davis joined Shupe Carboni and Associates in 2021. With nearly 20 years in the HVAC industry, he has a proven track record in product launch, sales support, and innovative marketing campaigns. Highly experienced in executing sales strategies, he has a deep understanding of HVAC products and evolving technologies. Bayne is well versed in product demonstrations and technical training, having managed both ductless and traditional equipment lines of business for a national HVAC distributor.

Adam Jameson joins Shupe Carboni & Associates with over 17 years of experience in the HVAC industry with roles ranging from Sales Representative to Regional General Manager. In his previous role, he oversaw sales and operations for the entire West Florida market. We are thrilled to have Adam Jameson on the team for his impressive history and achievements, but most importantly his ability to work as a part of a team as well as be a leader. For Shupe Carboni & Associates Sales Reps, both are equally important.
