Matt Cooley, who joined Shupe, Carboni and Associates in 2013 as our Equipment Sales Manager, acquired the East Tennessee and North Georgia territories in 2023, and was elected Secretary & Treasurer as of January 2025. Matt has a solid reputation in the industry, spending nearly 20 years in key roles with a sizable, high-profile distributor. He possesses the understanding and know-how to effectively promote and support our Equipment Product Lines. Matt brings the singular focus required to assist our manufacturers in the creation and development of Programs that are vital to distribution, while coordinating with the team of professionals at Shupe, Carboni & Associates to ensure successful implementation. Matt graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a B.S. in Finance.

Roger has been with Shupe, Carboni & Associates since 1994, and has spent the last thirty years in the Alabama, Mississippi, & the Florida Panhandle markets working with wholesalers and contractors, and introducing new products to distributors and contractors alike. He is the “Go To” representative in that market for helping his customers grow their businesses, or establishing a distribution strategy for a product line. As of January 2025, Roger became a partner of Shupe, Carboni & Associates. Roger graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.B.A. in Marketing.

Angela joined Shupe, Carboni and Associates in 2018 and became a partner in January 2025. A seasoned sales professional with nearly a decade of experience in the HVAC industry, Angela was instrumental in launching our expansion into Florida and now manages the South Florida territory. She holds a B.A. in Economics and Spanish, as well as an MBA, both from Clemson University.

Bayne Davis joined Shupe Carboni and Associates in 2021. With nearly 20 years in the HVAC industry, he has a proven track record in product launch, sales support, and innovative marketing campaigns. Highly experienced in executing sales strategies, he has a deep understanding of HVAC products and evolving technologies. Bayne is well versed in product demonstrations and technical training, having managed both ductless and traditional equipment lines of business for a national HVAC distributor.

Adam Jameson joins Shupe Carboni & Associates with over 17 years of experience in the HVAC industry with roles ranging from Sales Representative to Regional General Manager. In his previous role, he oversaw sales and operations for the entire West Florida market. We are thrilled to have Adam Jameson on the team for his impressive history and achievements, but most importantly his ability to work as a part of a team as well as be a leader. For Shupe Carboni & Associates Sales Reps, both are equally important.

Mitzi is the heart of Shupe, Carboni and Associates. She is the embodiment of exceptional service with a caring approach. She specializes in all pricing administration. Mitzi is the most tenured employee at Shupe, Carboni and Associates, having been with SCA since 1995.

Debbie brings an energetic, hard-working attitude to Shupe, Carboni and Associates. She has a strong retail and customer service background, and a rapport with our customers that is second to none. Her effective problem solving skills are an asset to both our customers and manufacturers alike. She has been with the agency since 2000.

Kraig joined Shupe, Carboni and Associates in 2016 as an Inside Sales Representative. Kraig is an industry veteran, with more than 20 years of experience in HVAC distribution, including purchasing, inside sales, and customer service. He has extensive experience in merchandising, marketing and sales support that has created substantial sales results and award-winning recognition.

Kraig holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Tennessee of Chattanooga, and is an avid Big Orange Fan.

As the most recent addition to our team, Maria brings an abundance of the ‘can-do’ spirit and dependability to the mix. With an extensive background in customer service, she is consistently driven to successfully resolve issues, and provide ideal solutions for our customers in an expeditious manner. 

She has 5 years of collegiate experience from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga that contributes to her dedication, attention to detail, and devotion to focusing on the task at hand.

Victor Ibanez joined Shupe, Carboni & Associates in 2026 as Outside Sales Manager for South Alabama, West Florida, and Mississippi. He brings a strong background in technical B2B sales, having spent several years developing distributor and contractor relationships across much of the Southeast, including Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida, through roles in residential and commercial roofing. Victor's experience in territory development, specification-level selling, and field technical support positions him well to represent manufacturer lines at the distribution level. A native bilingual in English and Spanish, Victor graduated Cum Laude from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a B.S. in Kinesiology and a Minor in Chemistry.
